TOEFL stand for Test of English as a Foreign Language. It is a test that evaluates a non-native English Speaker’s ability to read, listen, speak, and write in English through the use of multiple-choice and student response question. It measures people’s English language skills to see if they are good enough to take a course at university or graduate school in English-speaking countries. The first was the PBT (paper-based TOEFL test) and The second format is the CBT (computer-based TOEFL test).
